Return and Exchange Policy

Time Frame

Customers have the right to return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Keycaps (or other products) must be in their original packaging, without scratches, color changes, or stains.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Accepted Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:

- Products with technical defects due to the manufacturing process
- Products that do not match the original description
- Products damaged during shipping (please provide an unboxing video)

NOT Accepted Returns
We do NOT accept returns for:

- Keycaps (or other products) that are scratched or dented due to improper use
- Custom-made keycaps
- Customers changing their mind about the purchase
- Used keycaps that show wear and tear

 

Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact
Send an email with details about the return to: info@shuucoca.shop or through our social channel: Instagram @shuucoca_keycap
Provide detailed images of the product defect (if any).

Step 2: Evaluation
We will review the request within 2-3 business days.
Confirm the condition of the keycap and the reason for the return.

Step 3: Processing
For defective products: We will send a completely new keycap free of charge.
For products that do not meet expectations: We will assist in exchanging for another model (if available).
Refund (if no suitable product is available).

Return Shipping Costs
Shipping Fees:
For manufacturing defects: We will cover all shipping costs.
For customer-initiated returns: The customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Packaging and Return Shipping
Packaging Requirements
Keycaps (or other products) must be carefully packed in the original box.
Wrap in bubble wrap or air pillows to prevent scratches.
Attach contact information and order number.

We are not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging.
